Drop an image to watermark

JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF · up to 10 MB

What this tool does

Place a text mark or image logo over a photo. Adjust placement and strength so the mark is visible without hiding the subject.

How to use it

  1. Choose a source image and add a text watermark or upload a logo.
  2. Position the mark or enable tiling. Adjust its scale, rotation and opacity while checking the preview.
  3. Choose an output format and download the marked image.

Understand the controls

Position and tiling
A single mark can sit in a chosen area. Tiling repeats it across the image when one corner would be too easy to crop away.
Opacity and scale
Lower opacity makes the mark less intrusive; scale changes its footprint on the image.

Example

For a portfolio preview, place a small logo in a corner at moderate opacity. For a proof sheet, tile a light text mark across the canvas.

Files and limits

The editor previews one image at a time. A transparent PNG logo generally gives the cleanest edge.

Frequently asked questions

Can I watermark many images at once?

The editor previews one image at a time. Apply the same watermark to a batch by processing your images in sequence with identical settings.

Can I use my logo instead of text?

Yes. Switch the watermark type to image and upload a PNG with transparency for the cleanest result.
